Solenoid type to stop a workpiece (pallet).

Tact time can be dramatically improved, taking only 0.2 sec for the stop lever to descend and release the pallet.

Breakage-resistant mechanism as the moving part is mechanically separate from the point of impact.

With moving part barely exposed, hazards such as finger pinch points are sufficiently controlled.

Main body

Upper limit sensor

Sensor can be selected from OMRON make (either old or IEC pin-out) or ifm efector make. Mountable on both left and right sides of the body.
Protective cover for sensor

Cover to protect the sensor from oil drip and shock.
Mechanical stop

In case when the workpiece is lifted by the positioning unit and then the lever is retracted by the reaction of the shock absorber, the mechanical stop is designed to hold the lowering workpiece in place of the lever.
